With its automatic smoke generator, separate heating element with infinite control and a fully insulated cabinet, the Bradley smoker eliminates the drastic temperature fluctuations and interruptions in smoke production often associated with traditional smokers. These smokers automatically produces clean, cool smoke for up to eight hours safely and without supervision. The key is the selfloading Flavor Bisquettes that produce continuous smoke and are then extinguished automatically to prevent formation of gases and acids that distort taste (feeds one bisquette every 20 minutes). The temperature is adjustable up to 320 F. The internal cooking area is nearly 3.3 square feet. Outside dimensions: 311/4" x 24" x 143/4". Available: Black.
