This Smokin Tex Pro Series 1500 Smoker is stainless inside and out with a dual 700 watt heating element system that gives you the flexibility of using 1400 watts or just 700 watts depending on the load. This smoker holds up to 80 lbs of heavy cuts per load or up to 40 lbs of ribs per load. There are up to 8 shelf positions. The smoker comes with four heavy duty wheels, a stainless steel drip pan, and four 18 x 18 stainless shelves, one of which is a seafood grill, and the other three are the standard stainless grids.
